Fuel Reimbursement

Fuel bought at remote airports will be reimbursed. Please write your name and aircraft registration on the receipt and drop in the Treasurer's In-box or they can be mailed to the JEFA office. Fuel will be reimbursed by check, so it might be a good idea to check and verify that we have a current address for you.

JEFA Block Time Purchase
Effective 11/01/2008   -   New Program Rules
  1. Buy in is $2,000.00 (when paid by check) or $2,050.00 (when paid by PayPal, includes a $50 fee from PayPal). 
2. For as long as money is left in the pre-paid account, the member receives a 10% discount off of the base rate rounded up to the nearest dollar.
3. The discount does not apply to the fuel surcharge.
4. The pre-paid amount needs to be used within a 12 months period, starting the first full calendar month after payment is received. After that amount of time, the member forfeits any amount that is left and the pre-paid account will be reset to 0.
5. Once the pre-paid account is used up, the member will be charged the regular rate unless another payment will be done as specified in #1 above.
6. Block rate can be used on any airplane.
7. No rate adjustments will be made during flight. For example, if the pre-paid account is $10.00, the member will receive the discounted rate for the whole flight.
