JEFA Student Training Logs

One of the AOPA training tops concerns Student Logs. According to AOPA, these can be a vital part of your training. They can even be a vital part of your post-training flying experience. If you're a student and you aren't doing a journal, I highly recommend you start one. Speaking as a student myself, I learned a lot from reading the online training logs of other students. And in creating my own log, have learned a lot too. Learning to fly is hard and it's easy to get discouraged. Reading that you're not alone with a problem and how someone else solved something is quite useful. So is reading your own log to see just how far you've come. Anyway, this will be where the JEFA students can post their own logs to help others. Just " mouse over" the Student Log button on the left and select a log from the pop-out menu. As far as updating a log is concerned, we're not automated yet so you will have to send me your logs and updates in an MS Word doc that I will then post. Pictures are good too if you have them. charles@pondrushes.net To give you some ideas, here are some of the logs I found on the net that got
me started. |
